Our creative direction service combines our bespoke floral styling with creative direction for a personal and cohesive look.
Beyond floral design, this experience incorporates everything that makes an experience beautiful - the selection of linens, glassware, paperie, ideas for thoughtful personal details.
We provide personal and specific design expertise as we walk you through each step of your event with consideration to what you may not have thought about. We are both your creative director and stylist and we will communicate our plans carefully to your coordinator. We bring the magic and beauty!

Next
We start with a Discovery Call. During this call we chat about your vision, I gain a better understanding of your love story and personality and determine whether we are a good fit for each other.
We discuss a preliminary budget at this time, keeping in mind that things may change as the scope of the project develops.
01. DISCOVERY CALL
Next
Once the Discovery Call is complete and I have gathered the information I need for a proposal, I will send you a contract with a very simple outline of the scope of work we are providing based on our Discovery Call.
Once you have signed the contract and paid a 25% retainer fee, your event date will be secured.
02. BOOKING
Next
Next, we will schedule our Design meeting and/or site visit. Drawing inspiration from your vision, your personal style, and your love story, we will refine your bespoke design plan.
From this meeting I will create a custom mood board and description of all the beautiful things we will be curating for you.
03. MEETING and DESIGN
Next
One month prior to your event, we will have our final meeting to confirm your design elements and finalize the timeline for your big day.
This is the time to incorporate any last minute items that may have come up. Your final payment will be due at this meeting.
04. FINAL MEETING
Next
After this final meeting is complete, it’s time for you to sit back and let me completely take over. Isibeal Studio will create, deliver, and set-up and remove all the elements we’ve discussed.
Our intention is for you to be able to enjoy the last days before your wedding.
05. ENJOY the EXPERIENCE
LEARN MORE
Our bespoke floral deisgn service is offered for those with an existing love and appreciation for flowers.
If you have already begun to imagine your palette and story/theme for your event, we will discuss your flower dreams with you then curate a selection of the most beautiful blooms, vases and candles for your custom setting.

ABOUT AUTUMN
I use the experiential breadth of these explorations to create romantic and imaginative experiences for you. I truly believe beautiful experiences and the resulting memories are the most authentic luxuries in life!
Described as a romantic since I was a child, I embraced the importance of being surrounded with beauty, art, and flowers from a very young age.
Since then I have traveled the world studying fine art and art history and explored mediums from oil paint, clay, glass, fabric – anything tactile or sensual.

During our Discovery Call, we will discuss your overall vision and get a sense of the size and scope of your event dreams and can suggest a potential cost range that may be
suitable for your vision. We have noticed that many of our couples allocate at least 20% of the total wedding budget for our floral styling.
