Haley, planner and designer of Willow and Oak Events, requested a delicate lilac + honey floral palette – very natural and organic with a perfectly imperfect feel (a favorite design brief for me!) She selected handmade artisan tabletop pieces, vintage silver flatware, hand cut glassware and fragrant beeswax candles from Europe to enhance the cozy al fresco dinner table. Low key and relaxed but still quite elegant, every element was carefully selected for maximum sensory experience. Tres chic!
Invitations provide the first little hint of your style and what kind of experience you are hosting- the exquisite handmade paperie by Shasta Bell Calligraphy was the perfect hint that a special time was in store for friends and family. Delicious welcome baskets were composed for family arrival along with personalized gifts.
You don’t have to feel like you are sacrificing the jaw-dropping florals of your dreams, unique setups or thoughtful design moments when choosing to limit the number of guests.
