After 8 years together, Megan and Alec dreamed of a wedding day that was modern yet timeless. To create the floral settings for this chic wedding, we paired clouds of baby’s breath with lush gatherings of soft blooms and seasonal flowers. The wedding palette was very neutral; crisp whites, soft ivory and hints of green anchored by black accents.
The wedding ceremony was held at the bride’s parent’s house, overlooking the water. An arch made entirely of baby’s breath framed the ceremony site while lush florals enhanced the entry to the aisle.

The bride requested a bouquet of delicate flowers gathered closely to compliment and not overwhelm the clean lines of her dress. The bridesmaids also carried more petite bouquets; such a timeless look!

The two furry friends needed fluffy floral collars, of course!

Family wedding photos and a telephone station created a sweet and interactive moment for guests to leave a personal message for the couple and to enjoy a champagne cocktail while waiting for the ceremony to begin.

The couple and their families incorporated SO many personal, thoughtful, and fun details throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception!
From the curated offering of their favorite rosé wine selections for cocktail hour (offered from underneath an adorable pink and white striped umbrella, of course!), to the custom “newspapers” offered to guests at the ceremony in lieu of a program, every detail incorporated a personalized approach.

Instead of numbered tables, the seating chart guided guests to tables named for various neighborhoods in their home city of New York. A black and white photo of each neighborhood enhanced the floral and candlelight settings.
